There are two types of notifications related to your account. Tradeshift platform notifications can be managed by accessing your account settings, while the Quyntess ones can be accessed by launching any of the Quyntess apps (Order Collaboration and D-Schedules). 

Managing your Tradeshift notifications

First, open the general Tradeshift settings by clicking on the cogwheel next to your name and email address (1). Then click on the Notifications tab (2). Make sure all the boxes are ticked, then click Update notification settings (3). 



Managing your Quyntess notifications

Open the Order Collaboration app (4), then click on the ellipsis in the top right corner to open the settings (5).



Choose Edit preferences from the list (6), which will open the notification settings.



You can either enable or disable all of them (7), or any specific ones by ticking or unticking the notification flags (8). Don't forget to save your changes when you're finished (9).
